Terms of Engagement
Last updated: [DATE — to be confirmed on publication]
1. Scope of these terms
These terms describe how Digit All Technologies Pvt. Ltd. engages with enquiries submitted through this website and, in general terms, how project engagements proceed. Specific terms for a given project are set out in that project's quotation or agreement, which takes precedence over this general page.
2. Enquiry submission is not project acceptance
Submitting the enquiry form, or contacting us on WhatsApp or by email, does not constitute acceptance of a project by Digit All Technologies. Each enquiry is reviewed, and we will confirm separately whether and how we can proceed.
3. Consultation
A brief initial discussion is complimentary. Detailed consultation, site assessment, research, planning, or written recommendations may be chargeable, as confirmed with you before that work begins. Qualifying consultation fees may be credited toward a related implementation project where this is agreed in advance. Consulting work usually requires advance payment.
4. Scope and approval
Final project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are specific to each proposal or quotation and are confirmed in writing before implementation begins. Any work outside the agreed scope requires prior approval and may affect cost or timeline.
5. Procurement and third-party products
Where a project involves procuring third-party hardware, software, or services, those products carry their own manufacturer or vendor warranties. Digit All Technologies coordinates procurement and implementation but does not extend additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer or vendor provides, except where explicitly stated in the project agreement.
6. Payment terms
Payment terms for project and procurement work are defined in the relevant quotation. Optional Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are arranged under a separate agreement.
7. Verification and handover
Completed work is verified against the agreed scope before handover. Handover may include documentation such as network maps, asset lists, or setup records, where these form part of the agreed deliverables.
8. Limitation of engagement
[TO BE CONFIRMED — liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute resolution clauses require drafting by qualified legal counsel specific to Nepal.]
9. Governing law
[TO BE CONFIRMED — governing law and jurisdiction clause, pending legal review.]
